  2. Tools for sending, receiving, and storing digital assets securely on your device.


3. Non-Custodial Wallet


  1. The Foxy wallet is non-custodial, meaning we do not hold or control your private keys, funds, or transactions.
  2. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, including backing up your recovery phrase and private keys.
  3. We cannot recover your wallet or funds if you lose your private keys or recovery phrase.


4. Personal Information


We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Information Collected:
